Donate Online

We accept online donations though Pay Pal. Click the button below to make an online donation on our secure online donation page.

Donate via E-Transfer

Add our email address as a contact to your online banking account foodbank@stpaulsonthehill.com. E-Transfer donations are automatically deposited into the food bank's account. 

Cash & Cheque Donations

We accept cash and cheque donations. For cheques please make them out to St. Paul's on the Hill Food Bank. Our mailing address is 882 Kingston Road, Pickering, ON L1V 1A8

Food Donations & Food Drives

We depend on the generosity of our community who support our mission and vision. Because food collection is uncoordinated, we often end up with too much of one item and not enough of another. You can help us stock our shelves based on current need, which can be found on our home page.

Send an eCard: Donate In Memorium or Tribute

Did you know you can donate in memory or in honour of someone you care about? Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion, honouring a loved one, or sending best wishes to friends and family, an eCard donation to the food bank is the perfect gift.

To donate and send an eCard in honour or celebration of someone CLICK HERE and complete the following steps:

  • Choose your eCard design 
  • Search and select St. Paul's on-the-Hill Anglican Church in Pickering as the charity
  • Choose dropdown 3. Foodbank for the selected fund
  • Add your donation and dedication details


Designating Donations

You may designate a specific purpose for your donation (e.g. Christmas Hampers). Undesignated donations will be placed in our general funds.
If you are unable to specify a designation online, please send us an email to confirm where you would like your donation allocated. 

Tax Receipts

Tax receipts will be issued for donations of $20 or more and will be issued at year end, unless specifically requested. Receipts are not issued for thrid party fundraising (e.g. bake sales, community funds or Go Fund Me groups).
